Top Flight You're right. Unfortunately I have now done it.

Alan Brazil this morning said on talksport that he thought 3.5 to 1 for the draw was good value.

I have just put a small fiver on the draw. I don't want to risk more than that on a very difficult to predict game.

You're addicted. And you're ignoring a lot of good advice. At the weekend you bet because Owen Hargreaves said something. Now it's because Alan Brazil said something. You don't need to bet on every game.

Have had 5 bets so far this season, decent start, thanks to Diego Costa.

Backed Fulham to beat Newcastle at 3/1
Lost three bets - Liverpool to win 3-1 at Arsenal (looked great for a couple of minutes, but should have layed it off), Sanchez first goal (why did Walcott take the bloody pen?!) and Terry first goal last night.
Costa's late winner gave me a 7/1 win on Chelsea to win 2-1.

Account at £60 from a £20 start.

LWJ Chelsea at 4/6 tonight

Backed Chelsea in play after 25 minutes as well at similar odds.

Guaranteed my profit after 70 minutes with £5 on West Ham/Draw 8/1.

Certainly my new preferred method to cashing out.

So far this short season I am 660 up..... put 20 worth of bets on and won 680 (rounded up) :D

put most into my cruise account and enough back into betting account to limit myself to a 5ver bet per weekend for the rest of the season.

100% agreed Sangers. The only tip I would take from Alan Brazil would be eating involved.

You guys are right. I don't need to bet on every game. Last night nearly ended in a draw. I was ready to cash out on 85 minutes as I could feel a goal coming. But I got greedy and decided to risk it. Unfortunately Costa ruined my bet.
I will follow my instincts more in future.

Anyone got any betting ideas on tonight's games? I reckon there could be some opportunities in League One tonight.

You are equating profit with 'being good at betting'. Leicester won the league last season. People who bet on Manchester City to win the league are not 'bad at betting'.

And by definition - if you need to ask doubled for tips, then you aren't only betting on things you know.
I think you should drop the pretence that you actually want some advice. :x

Top Flight Anyone planning a bet on tonights game?

With Andy Carroll up against John Terry, Costa playing and Noble I have backed the bookings at 4/6 over 4.5.
Also with Carroll liable to cause others to spill blood I might be tempted by Sporting Index's market on added time.
Not too concerned about the actual football.

Might be imagining it, and have only watched two games, but there appeared to be a distinct drop-off in the amount of whinging at and haranguing of referees, particularly on Chelsea's part.

I noticed that too. And Costa was behaving like a gentleman.

Okay so can you please get off of this thread if you don't know what that is. You are wasting all of our times by your incredible stupidity and your wanting to waste your money and our time on trying to not listen to our advice. I honestly thought you were being genuine earlier and wanting help but you are coming across as a mug.

And if you want to know how I won 660 quid on 1 bet, it is because I put a 5ver on something very unlikely to happen which somehow did. No research or anything like that, just thought "I have a spare 5ver lets see what happens".

Sounds like bollox to me.

Does it?

I don't pretend to understand what's involved- it is called 'armitrage'....not much point in me making it up- it is not like we are benefiting from it.
