Are we still totting up all the refereeing inconsistencies in Chelsea games? If so ref had a good game last night but

1) Ivanovic should have been booked for a crunching tackle early on
2) Clear handball from Dave Lewis in the area that went unpunished

I thought Kes would have been on here in a flash presenting some form of defence of Chelsea's abject showing-a defence that is which Chelsea haven't had for the last season and a bit.
Still, wins against Burnley, Watford and somebody else plus a draw at Swansea represents an improvement on last season so Europa League might be achievable this season.
I can't remember a Chelsea team for some years being so dominated and outplayed at home apart from a game they lost against Sunderland when Welbeck was there on loan.

Still, with all those scousers there it looked like a full house which is the most important thing in Kes' world even if it is at a rather small ground for our top level.

I was supporting Liverpool obviously. A proper club.

Looking forward to them inevitably hitting the buffers again and again, mind.

sputnik lol, Chelsea were utter gash last night.

I agree. We gifted the game to Liverpool and still could have nick a draw.

Still, Conte needs a bit more time to get his side playing the way he wants. Klopp has had a head start on him and we're still above Liverpool in the table.

Liverpool are looking very good this year, the Burnley aberration aside. I reckon they'll be right up there.

But remember - At this point last season, according to the likes of yourself who get carried away by early season form, Arsenal were going to win the league.

Liverpool will be aroung the top 4, they won't win it but the momentum of beating Arsenal and Chelsea away, drawing at Spurs and beating the Champions in your first 5 games gives them a great starting point.

They've played 4 away games already as well, which could help them in the back end of the season. Tough games for them will be the likes of Hull (who they face this weekend) - under Klopp they have done excellently against the bigger teams and then fallen over against the likes of Burnley.

Where did I say anything about them winning the league?

You probably didn't. But then I didn't say you did.

Regarding dissing early season form, you can only go by what you’ve seen up until this point and Liverpool (bar the Burnley defeat) look very decent indeed with a strong set of results to back it up.

Liverpool were outstanding in the first half, but I could not see them keeping that up in the second so backed the draw accordingly. Rather surprisingly, CheLOLsea rarely threatened after they pulled one back and the three subs in one go was completely bizarre, although in fairness Moses and Fabregas looked more lively. Good game, and quite enjoying the Friday night fare. This Friday it’s Preston vs Wigan :|

Not really, m8. Reserves matches vs lower Premiership oppo not really a priority. Fair play if you are going though. Be interesting to hear your thoughts on the two sides in the morning.....or you can even tweet a few pics later. Will look out for them for sure.

Were you part of the halftime booing on Friday night? Strange reaction from around the ground, I thought.
