Two poor teams-we were just slightly less poor than them-yet we are 5th, all credit to Stam. Forest 1st half were as bad as anything I have seen at the Mad Stad, for some time-2nd half at least they gave it a go. Doubt they will go down. What a pillock Lansbury is.

Al Habsi 8: MOM, one howler 2nd half, but some great saves in the 1st half.
Gunter 6: The goal was so technically good-at first I thought it was Evans who scored-still a bit indecisive at times.Apart from goal, usual Gunter performance.
Blackett 6: Very solid ,apart from a couple of moments-but not as good as Obita going forward.
Moore 8: Very good, struggled in the air a couple of times.
McShane 5: Took a battering, and a bit agricultural at times.
Joey 4: A calamity waiting to happen
Swift 7: A few poor moments, and struggles for pace;but he is at the heart of our most creative moments.
Danny 6: It wasn't all bad.
Macca 8: Not one of his best days, but very good.
Kermit 7:Not one goal opportunity, but he does so much for the team;sadly a lot of it in defence.
Beerens 4: Barely a 4-I just hope Meite is a real find.

Evans 6: One poor pass, one absolute pearler.
Harriott 6: I sometimes wonder if he is an example of whats wrong with English football. He has gone through the professional "system"; yet his coaches at all levels have failed to impress on him game management-particularly positioning-but deserves a start ahead of Beerens.

Ref: Oh dear, another poor one; plus the East Stand lino was very poor also-at least the West Stand lino was good.

That is the understatement of the year. How many corners (that weren't) did he give, and how many offsides did he miss? Absolute shocker.

+1 on AAH 4 MOTM. I was in line with the shot in the first half that looked a goal all the way. World class save.

Don't forget that as well as awarding them at least 2 corners that shouldn't have been the ref awarded a penalty for Lansbury falling over the ball/his own feet/a particularly tricky blade of grass outside the area. Fortunately west stand lino told him not to be so daft. I guess they compromised on the free kick outside the box to save face.

I dont think we played all that well today - too many passes not hitting the target, too slow to close them down (certainly in comparison to NF in the second half).

Thought Swift was off form today. Joey is great but a red card waiting to happen, plus his passes were poor. Never thought I'd hear Gunter's name called out as a goal scorer! Great to see some follow up from a save / rebound for the first goal from GMac. Ref poor, East Stand Lino - shocking.

Fans and atmosphere getting better and better each week. Saw some NF fans getting bundled out by the stewards - a few too many sherbets I guess.

An enjoyable afternoon, not pretty but 3 points none the less. +1 to Barnsley equalising in 91st minute to let us go 5th.

I thought Reading never really got out of 2nd gear but then again they didn't need to.

Ref was very poor for both sides I thought and typically we get a competent linesman for once.

Thought Ben Osborn was the pick of the Forest team.

He knows it's a bit of panto fun. There was a wry smile when he got his biggest boo before his first throw in.
