Spurs doing a Spurs really. Didn't see the match at the weekend but a Spurs supporting m8 has been ber8ing Eriksen all season saying he is a shadow of his former self. cracking goal at the weekend mind.

Fair play to wiggy for making the most of the far easier ride his lot have with no european football and making the results matter.

They've done well under the circumstances, though. Key injuries to their best players (Kane, Alderweireld, and also Dembele isn't fully fit) and some players not playing anywhere near last year (Alli, Eriksen, Lamela) and they've stayed unbeaten until the weekend.

I guess something had to give though, and their poor showing in the Champions League is probably evidence of that.

unbeaten doesn't have to mean a lot though really. It is the kind of thing that gets thrown around when a team doesn't have anything else to crow about. you could stay unbeaten in a season and get relegated.

6 wins 6 draws, a lot of those draws without their match winner Kane.

I'd say that's Spurs biggest issue, lack of depth. Look at Chelsea, they were able to bring Will-i-am off the bench, Spurs brought on Harry Winks.

Edit: Also, spending £30m on Moussa Sissoko is a proper :| moment of the season.

I could be wrong but I remember them rotating a bit in the Champions League.

Irrespective of results/trophies or lack of this season, Conte is brilliant entertainment.

Any thoughts on the news coming out of Chelsea today, Kes?

Or are you currently doing this?

Decent job on the hair transplant. No need to get so offensive though Lux. Anyone would think you have an inferiority complex......

I wonder how many kids playing football have been subjected to abuse that may have been avoided if Chelsea had used the story as a way of raising awareness instead of trying to permanently sweep it under the carpet.

If it were my club I'd be disgusted.
