tidus_mi2 I'm sorry but I'm getting really frustrated with this game, no matter how well we've competed against United, we haven't looked like scoring at all. Same as many other games this season.

Yep, Utd have been totally comfortable and in control no matter how much possession we've had.

No one thought they wouldn’t Ian. People expected to this to be an absolute rout, we have tried and attacked and United haven’t created much at all second half.

We’re practically bottom of the championship do you expect us to create numerous clear cut chances against Manchester United?

I think I’m getting to your levels of anti-swift. Want him gone.

John Madejski's Wallet
CountryRoyal This second half has been a joy to watch imho. I don’t care if United B are playing crap. We’re having a go with some decent quality as well.

Happy.

They've let us have the ball for the entire game knowing we'd do nothing with it.

Nothing to get excited about, champ teams won't let us have that time and space

Reminded me of killer whales and seals..

Ole is at the wheel,

Tell me how, how does it feel?

We’ve got Sánchez, Paul Pogba and Fred,

Marcus Rashford, a Manc born and bred,

Duh du, du du du du du

Duh du, du du du du du

The greatest of English football,

We’ve won it all.

Plus only undone by one sloppy ball and a dodgy incorrect VAR decision.

Of course not. But we've seen nothing to suggest we'll do better in the league because we've done nothing to capitalise on any promising moments, and Utd did nothing to pressure us like Championship sides will. That was us upping our game a lot.

And people always panic about a rout when we play a big team. It wasn't genuinely likely.

We played some lovely stuff but we overplay. We had so many promoting positions but took too many passes.
As usual Ilori had mistakes in him.
Once again Rinomhota did well.

I'd love to. I just haven't seen any that'll make a difference.

Unlike half of the rest of you, I'm not so desperate to see improvement I'll make it up out of nothing.

I'd really hoped United would press higher up the pitch today.....just to see what Gomez would do.
As you say we won't get this space and time in the Championship.
I watched liverpool press City the other night. At that level they could have killed us if they had to.

No - you want to see Gomes fail because Parky didn't get the job

Have you seen the post match comments from Utd's fans, Phil Neville & Solskjaer?

Yep, seen it all before, wanting managers to fail is a never ending cycle in here. Some have 'issues', and since its a public forum, those issues get visited on everyone else. It's the innocent bystanders that pay the price and have to suffer thru it and carry the scars.

Half of the rest of us?

So it’s you vs the Team Board?

Not sure why you’re lumping me into anything.

We conceded 4 goals against a midtable Championship side on Tuesday. Then we had to play a side who have P4, W4, scored 14 and conceded 3. A rout was very possible.

We played well, Gomes set us up well.
