John Madejski's Wallet
Old Man Andrews Not before time. Bad appointment to begin with and that squad should be performing a lot better than they are.

Thought they'd been doing alright tbf.

Leicester now getting delusions of grandeur and entitlement?

Just as Saints had when they sacked him-look at them now.
It reminds me of when Charlton sacked Curbishley as he had taken them as far as he could (while still in the Premier League?)

So, Rodgers to follow one of our other old managers to Leicester-let's hope his career doesn't follow the same downward spiral.

As Rodgers departs Celtic for Leicester, Lennon agrees his return to the bhoys rumours bubbling under the surface that Mourinho is putting-out for the forthcoming Chelsea challice.

Notice Brendan wheeled out the old "I'll give my life for this club" line in his unveiling. Must use that at every club.

Well it would be a bit weird if he said "I'm going to be really half arsed at Leicester, lads. Enjoy!"

I give him a year tops.

Leicester fans are fickle and have huge delusions of grandeur.

'I am going to give it a lot of effort early doors due to grand nature of the job and the money involved but that may wane over time, and if it does you can be certain I will not resign and will instead hold on until I am sacked so as to receive maximum finacial compensation. What you can expect from me? Oh I can certainly talk a good game, but my years in the Scottish wilderness have left me bereft of top class football knowledge so you can expect me to overpay for a couple of my old players for sure. The fact they only played for Rotherham and Scunthorpe before Celtic will be lost on me completely'

Interesting read on David Hockaday's 70 days as Leeds manager under Cellino.

Fair play to the bloke and good to see he has gone to do something he is clearly passionate about.

They remembered they have a football team then? Thought the Khan's were too busy with their new wrestling company to care.

Celtic fans getting a bit precious about Brendan Rodgers. Domestic trebles are all very fine in a one horse town when your biggest rival has been neutered for 6 years but relative "imortality" would have been achieved by qualifying for the knock out stages of the Champions League.

Italian media saying Allegri tried to resign at the weekend but Juventus refused it. Juventus apparently trying to talk him into taking a year sabbatical instead. Some suggestions that they have said he has to stay while they are in the Champions League.

Zidane must be licking his lips

Have no idea why Allegri would want to leave Juventus tbh.
