Has happened once before. Sunderland came third with 90 points in 1997-98 (Middlesbrough got 91, Forest won the division with 94). Incredibly Charlton came fourth that year with 88 pointsWinston Biscuit wrote:Could end up with all top 3 teams in the championship on 90+ points
That was the same year of the famous penalty shoot out final in the play offsSanguine wrote:Has happened once before. And of course of the magnificent six on transfer deadline day (Crawford, McIntyre, Brayson etc) and our dismal relegation where we lost 16 of our last 19 games. Incredibly I went to 12 games that season and didn't see us lose. The Enfield Royal71 wrote:That was the same year of the famous penalty shoot out final in the play offsSanguine wrote:Has happened once before. And then Bournemouth next season hopefully who have spectacularly forgotten where they came from.genome wrote:I'm still holding out hope that Brighton go down with Fulham and Huddersfield.
All 3 of the Premier League teams that like to call us tinpot with zero self-awareness, relegated in one fell swoop.
Hadn't noticed that at all.Old Man Andrews wrote:

Sorry but just thought I’d say the Dover for aldershot game is next Friday - thought I might aswell go see them get relegated. They’ve got Hartlepool tomorrowStranded wrote:Premier League
Nothing can be confirmed this weekend though a Cardiff loss at Burnley will start to make things look very tough for them.
Championship
Ipswich's relegation will be confirmed tomorrow if they fail to beat Birmingham at home. Would even be relegated with a win if Millwall, Wigan and us all win too.
Sheffield United need 1 point to mathematically join the top 2 and be sure of a play-off spot but with their GD they could lose all 5 games and still make the cut.
In League 1:
Barnsley & Portsmouth can guarantee play-off places with wins tomorrow - joining Luton & Sunderland in that fact - though the latter 2 remain favourites for the autos.
Charlton can also secure a play-off spot if they win and Peterborough don't.
At the bottom, Bradford can't drop this weekend but a defeat to Bristol Rovers will leave them at least 8 adrift with 4 to play. Just 6 points separate Gillingham in 13th and Walsall in 23rd, so the relegation battle very likely to go to the last day.
In League 2:
Lincoln can go up this weekend if they better Bury's result but is just a matter of time until that is confirmed given their 11 pt lead.
Mansfield, MK Dons and Bury can confirm play-off spots at worst if they win and other results go their way.
At the bottom, nothing will be confirmed for a while but Yeovil can pull Crawley into danger if they beat them tomorrow. Macclesfield have a different kind of pressure now having climbed out of the bottom 2 in midweek as they travel to Forest Green. Bottom club Notts County need a win badly, they travel to Crewe.
National League:
In the chase to get into the Football League:
Leyton Orient, Salford and Solihull are already confirmed in the play-offs. Fylde and Wrexham can confirm their spots this weekend.
Title race is tight with only 6 points between Orient at the top and Wrexham in 5th.
Our "friends" at Aldershot will be relegated this weekend if they fail to beat 20th placed Dover. Though a win likely just delays the inevitable.
