Is there a balls up every year? Wouldn't surprise me tbf.Wallsy wrote:Delay in receiving the kit, i.e. modelling it etc is because of a balls up behind the scenes. Otherwise we’d have seen the kit on Monday as was planned.
We usually see the kit by second week of July and it tends to go on sale for the home friendly.Jagermesiter1871 wrote:Is there a balls up every year? Of course not, but the argument is there that we ended the season on a high and the feel-good factor was back, and we could have chosen to capitalise on that. The other reason to release early is to take advantage of the early sun, and kids nagging at their parents to get them the new shirts. It’s all small things but it’s business sense that’s all.The Enfield Royal71 wrote:I mean does it really matter? To me thats just being outraged for the sake of having an excuse to moan about nothing.
Who buys replica shirts apart from full kit vvankers anyway?

Do you think you might get a half & half Reading/FGR shirt? The Enfield Royal71 wrote:Yep it is Joseph Mills.
He is one of our best players and key to our success of last season.
I’d be more concerned when they’re 2-0 down and can’t see the wood through the trees!Nameless wrote:Having a kit made of bamboo is asking for trouble if you run into any giant Pandas.
Having a shockingly poor design is just asking for trouble.
Have FGR banned haircuts for environmental reasons or just to fit in with the faux hippy branding ?
Well we've hardly been the best behaved team from a football purist point of view. . . . .dizzynewheights wrote:I missed a couple of memos regarding FGR
I remember them being well thought of - plucky little overachievers, etc
The next minute - every football blog nonce out there can't find enough bad things to say about them
A bit like Reading actually I suppose
