He seems to have impressed very quickly considering he only joined in October.
Are you saying you think it was a snap decision?
No, more along the lines of that he might be quite a promising prospect for the club not to mess around.

Hopefully he's not a flash in the pan.

Also still very young as he only turned 17 on Dec 31st.
He joined the Royals from Portuguese team C.D. Feirense
From article in October
Coming from Mansabá in northern Guinea-Bissau, Mamadi was discovered just over two years ago by businessman Eusébio Mango Fernandes who designed him for European football, having arrived in Portugal to represent Feirense and has just signed with Reading, whose main objective is to return to Premier League.
Camara was designed

That's sound like a negative comment

I'm sure a bunch of clubs have film on him so it is probably good we've managed to get him to agree a contract.

Wonder how he will develop for us.

I hope he has a strong focus on his career progression, but equally is given the time to develop.

There was talk that he might be going out on loan to a French club as apparently Lens were interested.

Are we naming players after obscure landmarks? Nelson Abbey and Mungo Bridge

If the U23's win today against WBA they could go second. Shows how close the division is as we were last before we won the previous two games.
