I forgot Birmingham was the club with the idiot fans that shout "who" whenever the opposition make a sub. More embarrassing than our defending.

Meite and Long look a decent pairing. Both somewhat clumsy battering rams, lacking a little guile and finishing, but they'll create plenty of chaos someone might capitalise on.

I'd say an industrious pairing. Lots of running and work, but neither are great finishers with pretty average goals per game. Can't help but think I'd rather have Joao/Carroll on - albeit their stats aren't always great either, I think they look a more dangerous pairing.

Don't like Joao-Carroll, encourages us to just lump it and they're both focal points.

Think the best might be Long-Joao, but with Joao off form less so.

You don't even oxf*rd watch games Ian, go away

He's very much the player you want in the middle of the pitch doing the simple things. Not in either end third.

Hound Been a lot of slipping over this half. Pitch icing up I reckon

Far too dangerous to play on
I feel the game should be abandoned.

Just to cheer you all up a bit

Yet another TV defeat, least we don’t have any more games on the telly for 10 days….

Third game moved to a Friday night this season and a third defeat. Next away game after this is at Norwich, rescheduled to a Friday night….

Any chance this might result in some time for Guiness-Walker? Because Rahman can neither defend nor cross, nor shoot.

Would agree here. Been totally unimpressed with Rahman this season, while NGW has looked half decent at least. Also think Loum is pretty poor.

On an ever so slightly positive note on the corner front we are winning 6-0

Loum is unplayably great about a third of the time and clumsy and off the pace the other two thirds.

Didn't want Rahman back. Be quite happy to send him home in January. He must train like an absolute world champ, because his match performances are consistently sub-par.

Yeah I was a bit bemused about the love for Rahman. He really isn't great.

Very glad we've got over a week to get on the training field, we really need to iron out these errors. We haven't lacked endeavour, just lacked quality in the final third and it's a damp squib now for us really.

Most things going forward have been quite positive, whereas the reverse can be said defensively which is pretty uncharacteristic for us really.

Loums had a half decent game other than the early screw up

Baba has been woeful. Sarr has had a shocker as well

We do seem very weak at the back tonight, didn’t expect that

Right then. Absolutely beautiful work by Loum, followed by dribbling a pass into congested midfield rather than zipping a ball straight out to Hoilett on the wing in acresof space to attack.

Why? Just why?

Ince and Joao are our joint leading goalscorers on just four goals apiece at the halfway stage
I think that says something.

Long, Carroll, Meite and Joao and we are still lacking quality in the final third…as you correctly say Yorko
