The FA's Competitions Committee also has jurisdiction over the names of clubs applying to join leagues - they can veto proposed club names or name changes. A few years ago Whitehawk FC wanted to change to "Brighton City" but were advised that wouldn't be allowed, so anything vaguely insulting would likely get the same treatment.
The Jockey Club have to approve all race horse names, but it doesn’t take much creativity to get things past them ( I can’t remember if it was Robbie Fowler or Michael Owen who owned a horse called Hoof Hearted).
A name incorporating a derogatory reference to DY that would be clear to fans but get past the Board of Censors shouldn’t be difficult to come up with.
