Some do but a lot don’t.
Badshot Lea play at the stadium
Wycombe play at Burnham FC
Oxford City play at the stadium
Beaconsfield play at the stadium.
Playing at Reading City would be ideal but Tilehurst Panthers ground share there currently.

Playing in a 'proper' stadium is likely to be a selling point when trying to recruit decent new players.

Sunday’s friendly (10th) away to Maidenhead Utd KO 2pm is being played at Furze Platt senior school Furze Platt road SL6 7NQ. The pitch is 3g
The manager has been talking about aiming for promotion, which is a huge departure from being smashed every week last season. Is anyone more in tune with the women's team to say whether this is a reasonable aim or not?

It is top 2 this season i gather rather than the one only. We have signed tier 4 quality players so i would think it’s feasible.

It is top 2 this season i gather rather than the one only. We have signed tier 4 quality players so i would think it’s feasible.
If I understand correctly, there are no contracts at the level they're currently playing and much longer transfer windows, so they can pretty much continue to strengthen throughout most of the season if required.
