Watched the second half, really dour 0-0, they looked very solid at the back but didn't venture forward much, in fact, not sure they had a decent chance at goal, that said, they weren't playing against us obviously!

windermereROYAL It really sums up this league this season when Stevenage are top at the end of November.

Can't think of a league this open at this stage of the season. A lot will change in the table over the next few months.

Does it?
They started last season well too, were top 6 at one point weren’t they?
14th to 1st less than halfway through a season isn’t that surprising.

Orion1871 Sheffield United make up for trying to ruin Tyler Bindon's career by beating Portsmouth 3-0, therefore dropping Oxford into the relegation zone.

Agreed, to an extent. For me, they looked very ordinary when we played them a couple of weeks ago. Just goes to show how open the league is, which is great from a competitive standpoint.

WestYorksRoyal All the bottom 5 lost today, meaning they're getting cut adrift. There's now 5 points between Exeter and Burton.
I have so far said at least one of Peterborough, Plymouth and Blackpool will pull away, but they all had objectively poor results today (our first away win of the season). Perhaps they will all go down.
Peterborough are our next opponents and have just lost their last 2, meaning they're losing their new manager momentum.

Yep and they have to negotiate 2 games before we play, while we get all that time to prepare, surely an advantage?

They play at home to Barnsley in the FA Cup next weekend. The other game is a midweek visit to Swindon in the Whogivesatoss cup. They are the current holders though, so we can hope they’ll take it mega seriously.
Overall let’s hope Reading do better than the last time they had a “slight break advantage” over their opponent. Remember, after 2 weeks off we got the Rotherham shambles
