Does it cost on home matchdays?

It is of course first and foremost a park & ride car park but I believe quite a few people park in there on home matchdays, even if it means getting to the ground very early. After a certain time of course RFC do place stewards on the entrance, whether they invoke a charge after that time I have no idea.
