There are plenty on here who have voiced complaints that the hoops don't go all the way around, or they don't like the all white back panel etc etc. They could be bothered to air they frustrations on here, so why not email the club directly about it?

It's easy to sound off when you're hidden behind an anonymous user ID - quite another thing to put your name to a complaint.

Agreed, though an email to the club about the shirts isn't really much in the way of a complaint. I can't see why that would prevent anyone from doing so - they're just lazy!

FWIW I have emailed in the past and never had a response back.

Indeed - I was talking about actual complains rather than comments/suggestions. Even easier to do the latter and no potential complications when all you want to do is express a preference.
