Funnily enough parked up at Ocean Village this week whilst working in Southampton. During the day it is Pay and Display. Not sure if that rolls on into the evening.
Due to its location and the largish boats moored up I would be surprised if it was free.

Grounds not far from the town centre/Railway Station. Probably loads of parking there.
