That was because the BBC had deliberately turned up their microphones in front of our support and turned off any microphones that were near the incredibly vocal for 90 minutes West Ham support!

I liked this one so much, I've just ordered a t-shirt. Should arrive in time for Palace. Feel I should buy you a pint or something.

Back at Elm Park Gary Purser and his lot used to produce t-shirts. I still have the United Colours of Reading, Gilksey's testimonial, and When Saturday Comes I've got Friday on my Mind. Shame no-one does it now.
