... there are no reprints, though others on the forum have said different.

Anyone got a definitive answer from ticketzone, or am I going to have to do this all myself?

Standard policy is that if a ticket was never received, then reprints should be arranged - but you can't just rock up on Monday without a ticket and say "I didn't receive it."

Any reprints would have to be arranged via Ticketzone, Wembley certainly won't be able to do them.

What they're saying is that Wembley won't just print replacement tickets if you turn up empty handed on the day.

If your tickets don't arrive then get in touch with whoever vended them ahead of time, let them know, and they will organise a pick-up at the stadium.

If this happens then I accept you'll have a right to be a little annoyed by the service - i'd be asking for my £1.75 back

Note to all: Ticketzone not open on saturday so today will be the last chance to inform them if your tickets haven't arrived and arrange reprints. They close at 5.

EDIT: Ignore this. Phoned up Ticketzone today and actually they are open tomorrow. Imagine my that their website is wrong.

For the hard of understanding, they arrived with just two postal days spare!

So you had two whole day's of breathing space? I honestly don't see why that's an issue. If you'd got them two days earlier then what would you have done with them? Do you feel cheated out of two days where an envelope might have sat on your mantelpiece?

I bought tickets on Thursday, they arrived at my flat today, some days ahead of the game, and there are no problems. Calm down people.

So I guess you wait till the last moment before setting out for the airport and then hope you don't hit traffic! Myself, I prefer to get there in plenty of time to ensure I get my flight and then enjoy a drink in the lounge!

There is absolutely no good reason whatsoever for TicketZone taking so long to send out the tickets. By doing so, they increased the risk of things going wrong (they'd already proven themselves to be pretty good at cocking things up) and significantly reduced the amount of time that those affected would have left to try to sort things out.

Only a fool would prefer to be exposed to that greater risk than have the tickets sat safely on their mantelpiece a few days earlier.

TicketZone are bloody awful (albeit they employ a few helpful staff), do not deliver what is on the tin but still have the cheek to charge a significant service charge for a very poor service. They should lose the right to sell tickets for events such as this!
