Can we clear this up! Row 15 was used for Millwall away. It's the default setting on the rfc ticketing site. The rows at Upton park are letters..

Yes you are right. On the system it said row 15 when I bought but ticket arrived this morning and it's row X

1545 when i went on....by time i processed my payment its 1388....in 5 mins!.....glad i got mine now

Bought mine and 2 for F&F and the counter was going down by 3 or 4 seats between selecting each one so I hope we're sat together and not spread out across the row! Having said that the payment page actually showed all three as the same seat number so I guess they'll just tear them off the ream in checkout order for the number of seats booked in total.

2112 left after I bought mine. Up to row 14 now (was row 6 when I tried on Wednesday so I decided to hold off).

Has someone actually told you this or is this info from the online ticket site? The latter is incorrect fyi.

So if I said that my neighbour knows someone whose aunt works in the ticket office people might believe me. But in fact I read it off the internet, so they won't.

Thanks for the tip anyway - I had thought that West Ham's ticketing might be linked to our site and so it could be genuine information.
