Anyone still care to defend the 'thieving barstewards'? On top of the £2.40 per ticket booking fee and the inflated postage costs they also spring a £6.50 transaction charge on you!

Take that back (slightly) it would appear that the £6.50 is the postage charge, although strange that it popped up before I selected registered post. Perhaps that's default and they reduce it if you then select First Class post.
