THIS CLUB IS A SHAMBLES. ALL OF US WHO WERE TOLD THE BEST SEATS FOR WEMBLEY WOULD BE SOLD AT THE TICKET OFFICE HAVE BEEN SHAFTED. SEASON TICKET HOLDERS OF WHICH I WAS ONE QUEUED FROM THE EARLY HOURS AND WHEN THE DOORS WERE OPENED WERE TOLD THAT THE BLOCKS NEAR THE HALF WAY LINE WERE SOLD OUT ! SO THREE WEEKS LATER THEY ARE PUT ON SALE TO ANYBODY WITH OVER 50 POINTS. DISGUSTING AND WE DESERVE AN EXPLANATION!!

And what good would an explanation do ? What he means is he wants something off the club for the perceived personal sleight. Upgraded tickets, signed shirts or whatever.

You have slightly different seats at a football match. It's not a tragedy or a disaster.

My tickets were posted to someone else in my group. This would be ok but he lives in the States, as such hasn't updated his address so it went the new occupant of his house.

Lucky for us they remained in touch so we were able to get them.

I booked the tickets, why did the club send them to someone else's address.

I wonder how many other people will suffer this fate...

So, can we all be given confirmation that you checked the delivery address before closing the deal( or maybe you just rushed past that stage?). A lesson learned maybe?

My ticket has arrived at my brother's address and he has posted it to me. This will be my first visit to the new Wembley and I can't wait. My seat is quite high up, which is fine as I understand that all seats at Wembley have a good view and being high up you get a better 'panoramic' view of the pitch. In any case, if I just wanted a perfect view I would have watched it on TV. I want to be present at what is a sort of historic event for RFC (FA Cup SF) and soak up the atmosphere. After we've beaten Arsenal and got to the final, I won't be able to make it (30 May is my daughter's birthday). That's a bit of a shame, but what can you do?
