Yes they can issue replacements to be collected at Wembley on the day.Royal Lady wrote:They've definitely cocked up - what happens if people don't get their tickets because they've gone to a totally wrong address? Will the club issue new ones?
From what I can see the competitions were run by teams drawn at home, which we weren't. It may just have been 3rd ties as well. There was never a game where we could have offered the chance to win a place as far as I can see.Royal Lady wrote:And wrt this Huddersfield supporting boy - pls can someone, Ian Royal?, put me in direction of details where RFC young supporters had chance to enter similar competition? Because I think you'll find, RFC fans were not given the same option of a competition entry. We may have some mascots but their parents will have paid for the pleasure.

I've moved house in between ordering and being posted out. Have only received 1 of 3 orders I made, so spoke to them and they said they can do replacements as they have seat numbers recorded against members who bought them.Nameless wrote:The FA terms do state that they will not replace lost tickets (condition 9.2)
However I would contact RFC on Monday and confirm what address they sent the tickets to. Once you know that you'll have a better idea how to proceed.
RFC do issue replacements for home games, but this game is governed by FA rules, which are very tight.
Would be interesting to know what has driven the delivery addresses. No way will the club just be picking random addresses, it could be down to how people's friends and family is set up. Our tickets were bought by one person but for two sets of ST with 2 different addresses and all went to the purchasers address. All were linked as friends and family to the purchasers ST.
Oh yes indeed I would - in fact, I'm sort of hoping there are - I've pm'd you whose house they're at!!!!Pepe the Horseman wrote:RL, would you get physical if there was two people sat in your extra seats when you get to Wemblers?
Good news if this is the case, often a difference between the rules and the practicality.LWJ wrote: I've moved house in between ordering and being posted out.
