I certainly didn't see any incidents that day.

I do know the odd copper though (from before they were OB, obviously) and one of them told me once* that when they go OTT with someone that they often charge them with assaulting an officer to cover their backs.

The lad in question assaulted 2 fuzz and then whilst laying cuffed on the ground he alleges he was bitten in the neck by the mutt. So in answer to your question, no it isn't him.
