He's appealing against the touching conviction, for which he got 5 years. If that appeal is successful he'll be out in six months.

He pleaded guilty to the grooming and kissing charges (at the last possible opportunity), but not guilty to the charge of sexual touching. He was found guilty of that during his trial, and it's that conviction he is appealing.

His sentence was five years for the sexual touching conviction, four months for the kissing charge (to be served concurrently), and one year for the grooming (to be served consecutively).
