Tbf Huddersfield isn’t actually that bad. It’s quite nice actually.Chameleon wrote:I don't think that it's much of a surprise that our fan want to limit just how many northern shitholes they go to a year.
I wonder if STAR might consider trying to organise some kind of protest at an away game. Perhaps pick the one with the most outrageous pricing and try and get every fan to turn up and tell them they are only paying £20 and cause chaos at the turnstiles as everyone presents a united front.PieEater wrote:I'm in, but will probably not make it to the Slubbers Arms this time.
'greed that £30 is steep, I feel like waving a 20's plenty banner.

And people complain.
If it was £25 People wouldn't be complaining so you're basically quibbling over a fiver which is less than a pint.
Our fans are a joke.
If people don't make a stand then where does it stop? £35 is only a fiver more. £40 is then only another fiver more. £45 . . .£50.
Twenty is plenty . . . .
We finished bottom of the league for away attendance last season...pretty embarrassing really

Obvious issue is everyone buys tickets in advance these days but perhaps the club might get involved and decline to make tickets available in advance ?
It’s probably not going to work but while clubs are allowed to charge so much (and we charge more sensible prices but get no support from other clubs) there needs to be something to draw attention to it.
