Yep, seems to have made you think Daniel Johnson is a quality player even more strangely

To be fair, there aren’t many better midfielder partnerships in the league than Pearson and Johnson

Squad seems excessively big thinking about it

Virginia Walker Rafael

Yiadom Howe Gunter
Moore Miazga Morrison McIntyre
Obita Blackett Richards

Pele Adam Rino Ejaria Swift
McCleary Meite Boye Barrett Olise Loader

Puscas Joao Baldock

27 man squad unless I’m missing someone. And that’s not including any up and coming youth prospects either

Wouldn't be a bad thing. Let the moaners stay at home. Bowen is RFC manager. End of. Personally, he will have my support. I hope he does well and keeps us up. Am looking forward to Saturday.

Excellent, look forward to much shorter queues at the Blue Collar stands, and a bus back to the town, rather than the usual walk.

BTW, is “A new hope” a beer down at The Nag’s, and if so, is it any good? :)

Yes very hard to pick a team considering they are all of similar quality and no one massively standing out

Cutting 10 from even the match day squad. Would suggest the young players most likely to not make the cut to start with

Johnson’s only scored 7 in the 10 league games he’s played this season though (he only got 7 in the whole of last season - 38 appearances).

And then there’s Barkhuizen who always seems to do well against Reading.

Johnson’s their penalty taker though isn’t he? Probably adds to his tally

Expecting another close game on Saturday. Since their promotion in 2015, every single game bar one has been won by one goal. 4 wins for us, 4 wins for them

Baldock scored 2 in a 2-2 draw against Arsenal last Friday against a team including the likes of Mustafi, Holding and Ozil. Think he’ll get a spot on the bench on Saturday

he should imo. Who was he playing for? was it some behind closed doors thing?

Yeah, Low reported it, Bowen took charge of the game incidentally

No idea who else played mind, all Low said was Baldock scored two against some Arsenal first teamers

interesting. Though obvs have to bear in mind it was Mustafi at the back. Just read the bit about it - certainly wouldn't have done his chances any harm at all.

Yet no out and out wingers except for out of favour McCleary.

Really missing Barrow who tore opponents apart last season. I understand we had to let him go of course.

Yeah. Imbalances in the squad evident. Potentially six fullbacks for the first team and about 7 people who can play as a CAM. Needs ironing out

Must have missed those Barrow games
