15 Oct 2019 18:14Wouldn't be a bad thing. Let the moaners stay at home. Bowen is RFC manager. End of. Personally, he will have my support. I hope he does well and keeps us up. Am looking forward to Saturday. The Enfield Royal71 wrote:We will be lucky to get 5,000 at the game judging by the amount of crying and 'fans' on twitter saying they will boycott the club now.

15 Oct 2019 18:25Excellent, look forward to much shorter queues at the Blue Collar stands, and a bus back to the town, rather than the usual walk. The Enfield Royal71 wrote:We will be lucky to get 5,000 at the game judging by the amount of crying and 'fans' on twitter saying they will boycott the club now.

15 Oct 2019 19:19Yes very hard to pick a team considering they are all of similar quality and no one massively standing outURZZZZ wrote:Squad seems excessively big thinking about it
Virginia Walker Rafael
Yiadom Howe Gunter
Moore Miazga Morrison McIntyre
Obita Blackett Richards
Pele Adam Rino Ejaria Swift
McCleary Meite Boye Barrett Olise Loader
Puscas Joao Baldock
27 man squad unless I’m missing someone. And that’s not including any up and coming youth prospects either

16 Oct 2019 06:41Johnson’s only scored 7 in the 10 league games he’s played this season though (he only got 7 in the whole of last season - 38 appearances).URZZZZ wrote:To be fair, there aren’t many better midfielder partnerships in the league than Pearson and Johnson

16 Oct 2019 11:55Johnson’s their penalty taker though isn’t he? Probably adds to his tallySutekh wrote:Johnson’s only scored 7 in the 10 league games he’s played this season though (he only got 7 in the whole of last season - 38 appearances).URZZZZ wrote:To be fair, there aren’t many better midfielder partnerships in the league than Pearson and Johnson
And then there’s Barkhuizen who always seems to do well against Reading.

16 Oct 2019 13:31he should imo. Who was he playing for? was it some behind closed doors thing?URZZZZ wrote:Baldock scored 2 in a 2-2 draw against Arsenal last Friday against a team including the likes of Mustafi, Holding and Ozil. Think he’ll get a spot on the bench on Saturday

16 Oct 2019 13:36interesting. Though obvs have to bear in mind it was Mustafi at the back. Just read the bit about it - certainly wouldn't have done his chances any harm at all.URZZZZ wrote:Yeah, Low reported it, Bowen took charge of the game incidentallyHound wrote:he should imo. 16 Oct 2019 16:13Yeah. Imbalances in the squad evident. Potentially six fullbacks for the first team and about 7 people who can play as a CAM. Needs ironing out2 world wars, 1 world cup wrote:URZZZZ wrote:Squad seems excessively big thinking about it

Yet no out and out wingers except for out of favour McCleary.
Really missing Barrow who tore opponents apart last season. I understand we had to let him go of course.
