Think this is a good signing on paper but needs to hit the ground running. Another name to stifle Abrefa but someone who can also give the management the option of 5/3 at the back.

Agreed and would like Abrefa to get his chance but it's probably too risky to expect him to be a 1st team regular on the back of the previous season but hopefully he can have a solid season without the pressure of being dropped straight into the starting XI.

Abrefa has had a lot of chances without taking them, admittedly injuries have played a big role. I think a L1 squad player is as good as it gets for him, and it's good to sign a clear first choice RB.

More likely the rapid clapping of a coke-hit 19 years old and booing when he passes the ball sideways.

19? Most of the children in 1871 aren't a day over 16!

I don't need you to worry for us, 'cause we’re alright
We don't want you to tell us it's time to go home
I’m enjoying the game so much ‘cos it’s Malife
Go away with your own team, leave us alone

I'm just relieved he didn't go for Bon Jovi.

In his interview he says that he grew up with Long Kelv and has previous with Wardy and Charlie Boy. So, all in all, his integration should be seamless. On paper looks a good solid signing. Plus the fact that other clubs were after his signature bodes well.

Yeah like this one. Pace at the back was something we’ve all been hoping for and hopefully this signing answers that.

There seems to be more thought going into the signings so far, which bodes well. Still need a striker and CAM, though. And they will be tough to nail (any noise about Doyle coming back?).

Both

Besides, Sutekh doesn't strike me as a fan of Swedish Europop.
