i like that idea, watching the crowds on there way into the ground whilst feeling totally jealous that i'm sat a computer, with Soccer Saturday on, over 200miles away!! GrrrrrrForbury Lion wrote:

Tele2 (Since take over my Firstnet and then Pipex) used to have a interactive webcam near J11 of the M4 which you could turn to point at the Mad Stad, Looked great with the floodlights on.Slinky wrote:i like that idea, watching the crowds on there way into the ground whilst feeling totally jealous that i'm sat a computer, with Soccer Saturday on, over 200miles away!! If the Web cam could be placed inside the ground like the camera was for part of the mad stad video at the top of the north stand it could look really good if it were to update every 15 minutes or so.Slinky wrote:i like that idea, watching the crowds on there way into the ground whilst feeling totally jealous that i'm sat a computer, with Soccer Saturday on, over 200miles away!! Every 2 minutes would be great. They could hold competitions for the best photos etc.Readingfanman wrote:If the Web cam could be placed inside the ground like the camera was for part of the mad stad video at the top of the north stand it could look really good if it were to update every 15 minutes or so.Slinky wrote:i like that idea, watching the crowds on there way into the ground whilst feeling totally jealous that i'm sat a computer, with Soccer Saturday on, over 200miles away!! Could it be pointed at the main entrance so that we can see all the new signings walking in for final negotiations (e.g. Robbie Fowler and the rest)?Forbury Lion wrote:A Mad Stad webcam would be good.
How about a pundits panel?BBC Radio Berkshire wrote:Hi all,
My name's Ollie - I'll be looking after online coverage of the Royals on http://www.bbc.co.uk/berkshire this season.
We've got plenty of ideas for the season ahead but I'd love to hear any suggestions for ways we could improve or new features you'd like to see.
We already offer:
- Read or listen again to post-match interviews
- Match reports from BBC Sport
- Photo galleries of special events (eg being crowned champions)
- All the latest Reading news from ourselves and BBC Sport
- Reading FC Fantasy Football competition (score prediction)
What we CAN'T do is offer live online commentary. We don't own the rights to broadcast this over the internet - it's the same for every local BBC radio station, not just us.
Let me know what else you think we could do, what we're already doing well and need to keep doing, and what we can do better. Either pop a reply in this thread or you can email me direct.
Many thanks!

Which forum would they cover though?Kingsley's Kousin wrote:HNA round up would be good.
This is about online coverageRoyal Lady wrote:bit of everything - maybe not the competitions threads though. And the Caption Comp threads would be difficult to relay over the airwaves. I could do a poll for the ladies - Graeme Murty - would you? that sort of thing.
Count me in on that one then!Riseley wrote:How about a numpty watch? A well known supporter could give his views on the negative comments seen on hobnob and berate the numpties by name live post match. All we need to find an articulate upper west STH who is fond of the word numpty.
