So did the Sheffield fans... See the observer!The_Cat wrote:I thought the stewards were poor today.
The 5 year old, he did make me laugh. Covering his mouth with a scarf and putting his hood up after the stewards had a word.biscuitman wrote:Was he in a green hoody by any chance?
Becuase the Shef fan was an undercover police officer!earley_royals wrote:On the whole, absolutely useless.
I'd also like to know why the Sheffield United fan who pushed a steward over near the East Stand corner wasn't ejected from the ground.
Nothing different to what happens at most games. Spoke to one of the stewards at half time and when asked why they were doing it his reply was because they're being arseholes in the control box.The_Cat wrote:Yes.Jackson Corner wrote:Why did the Stewards go to Y25 today? Was it standing?
Did they really get thrown out or were they just asked to calm/sit down?Joe wrote:A few people got thrown out the south stand .
I was right in the middle of the problems in the south stand, no one that I saw got thrown out. The Utd fans were being utter cocks, couldn't take the banter.Did they really get thrown out or were they just asked to calm/sit down?
If people get thrown out for what you say they did then it doesn't really say much for the club and how they treat their own fans. It happens in the East Stand almost on a match by match basis but I doubt whether all these people being 'thrown out' are actually 'thrown out' more like being taken away from the eyes of other fans in order to pay lip service to the stewards on their power trips. I speak from experience.
