New online ticketing system

What I don't understand is why it's not showing the royalty points total.

It must know this - otherwise the system would have no way of stopping someone who doesn't have enough points from buying away tickets - so why can't it show that number on request - it out to be just a quick ASP lookup.

Or can people buy without enough points? Has anyone tried this?

In the past the TO has been deluged with enquiries from people wondering why the points for their brand new ST weren't yet showing. The club have obviosuly taken an alternative approach to dealing with the issue.

Has anyone who has not got 901 points tried to buy tickets as the answer to "Am I eligible to purchase tickets" for all matches is "No pre-requisite products are required in order to purchase this product." ie is the system actually applying the royalty points restrictions?

I have just got my Forest ticket. It didnt say how many royalty points i had, but when i attempted to buy the ticket it allowed me without any problems, i assume i have 900 odd points, i did renew my season ticket this season, unlike the bandwagon jumpers.

Got my Forest ticket today on the site.

Couldn't see my points, although it listed points for all my transactions in the payment history, so I probably could have counted them all up if I really wanted to.

This is a huge issue IMO and needs to be sorted asap now.
Will book for Plymouth after I've spoken to family to see if they want tickets too looking forward to picking my seat!

I emailed the club about this and received a reply on 21st May

We currently have a small technical problem with the new online ticketing so can not view the royalty point total. We are aware of this problem and we will hopefully get it fixed as soon as possible.

I am sorry for any inconvenience caused. Your royalty point total is: 883.

Just tried to buy a ticket for Palace, but both my credit card and debit card are 'refused' - funny that because they work everfywhere else
Why is everything connected with the club such complete SHIT

Anyone else get this? Its not that I have to put something in the issue number field is it? (neither of my cards have one). Ive tried 0 and it still doesnt work

I've given up trying to purchase with a debit card. Mine is always refused. I've phoned the bank and they say they have no knowledge of refusing it and the clubs system says the same.
