12 Feb 2009 13:28No good if you're down the concourse (or up at the caravan) having a drink at half-time though. The moment the second half resumed the scores kept getting knocked off the hooks when the ball was belted out of play!Silver Fox wrote:'greedSchards#2 wrote:Half Time should be about half times scores hung from lettered hooks with a handy code in the programme and nothing else.

12 Feb 2009 15:30Misfunctioning memory, there - in the days when the best of technology was numbers hung from hooks, the half-time scores themselves typically didn't come in or get posted until 60-70 minutes of the game had gone by.Schards#2 wrote:Half Time should be about half times scores hung from lettered hooks with a handy code in the programme and nothing else.

12 Feb 2009 16:20I would. Much better to see that Wolves are letting their fans down again than watching some girls dancing too far away for anyone to see properly.Harry Carry wrote:So, you're basically saying you'd rather see/hear half time scores than see some fit cheerleaders?

16 Feb 2009 10:03No thanks. Personally I think if the idea of cheerleaders will go forward it must be mandatory that all sexs, weight sizes and colors are represented. We owe it to the girls and boys growing up of all sizes and religions that they will be reflected and represented. From skinny to fat, man to woman, tall to short and black to white. This is a chance for Reading FC to step above the whoring oogling of underaged girls by 30somethings and make cheerleading a proactive step into improving the image of the world and society. I am Alivey and I approve of this message.Royal Lady wrote:You can join us girls, if you want to be a cheerleader too.Alivey wrote:Personally I think the idea of cheerleaders is sexist and will vehemently stop it from happening.
