The Premier League finishes on 24th May this year as well - that's got to cut into the crowd for the League 1 final.

Not that I'd suggest the PL bosses were getting pissed off that the FL had a whole weekend devoted to them, obviously...

Why are the play-offs played in reverse order? The best sides get the worst pitch (and have to go to work the next day ).

Plus, of course, this year the FA Cup final is only 5 days after the last of these 3 consecutive matches.
