On the Andrew Peach show this morning, they said it was about Dellor and something to do with the club and that it was "brave" - I'd hardly call Dellor interviewing McD (as he does after every game anyway) "brave"!!LoyalRoyalFan wrote:It will most likely be an interview with McD.
That is an absolute non starter. Why move someone out of a job they are doing well into one they have no qualifications for and replace them with someone who has no background or (on the face of it) interest in the role ? A more likely option would be Nigel Howe for reserve team coach, Nicky Hammond to resume playing as cover for McAnuff and Kingsley as DofF !!thefruits wrote:A few ideas :
ssc to return as new director of football.. hammond taking over from howe ?
No. Has to be someone with some RFC knowledge. Another role for Kingsley perhaps ?thefruits wrote:dellor to become RFC director of communications
We've played Palalce at home so what would be the point ?thefruits wrote:wally downes to return to club

05 Feb 2010 07:38Don't worry its the usual glorified PR for some non football event....tomrfcurz wrote:Heard from rg6royal that someone he knew had heard on BBCRB this morning that they announced an important announcement to come tomorrow morning regarding RFC, anyone else hear this? ...told you so!Hoop Blah wrote:I heard them say Dellor was doing something 'brave' tomorrow and that all would be revealed tomorrow.
I thought it probably meant he was interviewing Rodgers about the end of his tenure...

And... what happened? Some of us cant listen to the radio during the day!Hoop Blah wrote:...told you so!Hoop Blah wrote:I heard them say Dellor was doing something 'brave' tomorrow and that all would be revealed tomorrow.

05 Feb 2010 11:07I wonder how candid it will be. Will there be a rematch of the post Scunny interview? Could this turn into a Rocky style saga???Barry the bird boggler wrote:20 minute Brendan Rodgers interview (already recorded) to be played between 6 and 7 on BBC Berkshire (hear it online at http://www.bbc.co.uk/berkshire if you can't get a radio signal).

Quite how that qualifies as an important announcement about RFC is beyond me though....
Indeed, although pretty uninterested too !Hoop Blah wrote:...told you so!Hoop Blah wrote:I heard them say Dellor was doing something 'brave' tomorrow and that all would be revealed tomorrow.
