I was at the tail-end of a large group travelling from Euston, Lux, including the ever-noisy TROLI. I was a bit subdued myself as I was feeling a bit under the weather on the day. Reading's performance was sicker than I was, mind.LUX wrote:were you at Watford away? Were you on the train from Euston with a bird and a couple of mates, quite early? May have seen you.
That's because W&E are a mickey-mouse little club and the second biggest in the Royal Borough, perhaps even third biggest behind Holyportfloyd__streete wrote:AthleticoSpizz wrote:400+ at a Cray Wanderers 3-0 home friendly victory against Kent County League minnows Crockenhill, inexplicably, thats 3 times the crowd at Windsor and Eton in their promotion season
.... I'd imagine they'll have to wait for the Zamaretto to issue theirs - see above due sometime next midweek - least I think that is the norm.Barry the bird boggler wrote:When will the Hellenic get round to issuing their fixtures?

Loser have never had a following....their fan still goes on about how they almost played Man Utd in the FA Cup! Anyway back to Loser and their following I went to an FAC3QR game between Maidenhead and W&E a couple of years back where there was almost 500 at York Road with about 5 away fans! Its 10 minutes away!!
If you were on the tube changing at Edgware Road then maybe you saw floyd and I get on a different carriage to the majority of the group who were very vociferous in informing anyone within the vicinity of west London and Middlesex it was my birthday on the platform. This resulted in me having birthday wishes granted by some random fitty from Bolton who I had my picture taken with. Floyd took the picture.LUX wrote:were you at Watford away? I keep seeing the notices when I walk the dog past the ground, bloody typical though the only good friendly that Sandhurst have and Im stuck here in ChinaDirk Gently wrote:If anyone's interested, this is the centenary season of the Fizzers, and next Friday they're celebrating with a match at Bottom Meadow vs an AFC Wimbledon XI. Appropriate, as Sandhurst were the first League opponents of AFCW.

was saying that to my Dad last night - should be easy enough for them to keep hold of a lot of players as a move to a Conference club would entail either a house move or loads of driving - and there's not a great amount of BSS clubs round there either. Although Tubbs is on the verge of joining Crawley.paultheroyal wrote:Want some easy money then lump on Salisbury in Zameretto league. Kept most of their players, added a few more and technically finished sixth in conference. Saying that there are some quality match ups in this division next season.
