No, he is gone. I said earlier in the thread that this is FIFA's 'Salt Lake City' moment. There is cleary something that directly implicates Sepp coming out soon. I suspect the news from South Africa yesterday was a little too close to home for him. The whole sorry mess is going to unravel now. If I was on the Qatar 2022 team (the bid team, not the poor bastards being used as slaves), I'd be horrified by this. Russia 2018 will happen. I'm convinced Qatar will not happen now! Even if they keep the tournament, the big stumbling block to the big 5 leagues in Europe refusing to release players has gone now. Hang on, because some people who've been used as slaves died as a result of being used as slaves in terrible conditions, we should go ahead with a world cup set up under corrupt conditions and built with slave labour and blood so their deaths had meaning?!?
