Although in better news I have just logged on first time with no issues at all, and bought tickets for me and my brother in our usual seats for the home leg.Wizard wrote:I have around this many too. Don't fancy our chancesSpaceCruiser wrote:690ish
Not sure if it's deliberate or an error - or it may kick in only once a certain number of seats are sold. It may be deliberate as letting people exactly choose their seat when sales are high tends to mean that lots of single seats are left, so it's not the most efficient way of selling.pace=forster wrote:Anyone know why there no longer is the option to choose specific seats? I've gone onto choose own seats but upon clicking on the stand it just gives me the option of how many so im not able to pick a specific one.
Yes, and I think there may be a way to reject the suggested seat and go for another selection?Hoop Blah wrote:Good point Dirk, it may well be something that kicks in when supply in that part of the stand makes it difficult to find your available seat.
Still, it seems a bit of a cop out to limit online purchasers to the automatic choice when I'd imagine some would know exactly which seats they want to sit in or near. I'm presuming that could still phone up to get their preferred seats though.
LOLz did you get beaten up by the kids football teams once or something? Or maybe your own U11 team did this and you didn't get picked?LoyalRoyalFan wrote:I take issue as to why the club has to put on the half-time entertainment and provide tickets?
#readingfc have sold 15,500 for play-off semi-final home game against #cardiffcity on Friday and another 800 for away leg
I'd be a little miffed if I had to keep doing that until I get roughly the right seat though, especially if it isn't actually letting you see if the seat(s) you want are still available.Svlad Cjelli wrote:Yes, and I think there may be a way to reject the suggested seat and go for another selection?Hoop Blah wrote:Good point Dirk, it may well be something that kicks in when supply in that part of the stand makes it difficult to find your available seat.

they have an extra 4 days selling time for teh home game, so are probably banding sales more than we are.riverroyal wrote:Well our ticket sales are faster than Cardiff's
Yesterday we sold over 12,000 while they sold 4,500

Go to the ticket office or phone up then?Hoop Blah wrote:I'd be a little miffed if I had to keep doing that until I get roughly the right seat though, especially if it isn't actually letting you see if the seat(s) you want are still available.Svlad Cjelli wrote:Yes, and I think there may be a way to reject the suggested seat and go for another selection?Hoop Blah wrote:Good point Dirk, it may well be something that kicks in when supply in that part of the stand makes it difficult to find your available seat.

No interest in the premiership anymore? No Fixed Abode wrote:Will be in the Cardiff end on Friday night with my m8.
Also, I know of a large number of Cardiff fans who aren't going to the play off games this year (including Wembley should they make it) as they've completely lost faith in the team due to them not getting automatic and choking in last season's finalSvlad Cjelli wrote:they have an extra 4 days selling time for teh home game, so are probably banding sales more than we are.riverroyal wrote:Well our ticket sales are faster than Cardiff's
