Very true...most unlike a Chelsea v Liverpool game but then the latter like their comebacks and ofcourse Chelsea were always going to come out fighting in the 2nd half.

ffs pool penalised 29 times, basically they weren't allowed to touch chelsea, this is the same pool who have an average of 8 fouls every premier league game and are second in the fair play league

the same pool who had 58% possession to chelsea's 42% yet pool committed more than twice as many fouls as chelsea-go figure, i hope those two cheating fcukers are executed by morning time, all i want is a fair game played in a good spirit, those two vile disgusting pricks prevented a miracle

Well done to Liverpool for making this such an entertaining game. Had to come out all guns blazing from the start if they were to stand any chance and they did just that. Chelsea were always going to have plenty of opportunities to score with Liverpool having no choice but to attack, reckon even Reading would have put 1 or 2 past Liverpool last night.

Lolz of the night go to Petr Cech for having yet another shocker of a game (though Reina's own goal hardly made him look any better), Chelsea fans for waving free plastic flags, booing their own team and generally being so mute that a tiny section of Liverpool fans could be heard on TV all evening long. lolz also at Bennayoun for looking more and more like Roland Rat everytime I see him.

Final lolz goes to Benitez and all Liverpool fans for talking up their pride at the performance etc conveniently forgetting that they only had such a mountain to climb after bottling the first leg so badly.

Of course, that would all have been true, but continue to post anti-Liverpool drivel, as many of the fans on here for whom Chelsea or United is their second team continue to do.

Thankfully most neutral fans, such as Reading supporters on here, can enjoy the tie for what it was. Some brilliant football, cracking goals, Chelsea turning Liverpool over at Anfield , Liverpool coming back from the dead twice, goalkeeping calamities on both sides, and no shortage of quality, particularly from Chelsea for 20 minutes or so in last night's second half.

As they zoomed in on 7 Liverpool fans stood there with their gobs closed. Sometimes, regardless of what the atmosphere is actually like the pre written script always comes out.
