The Terry / Upson partnership looks ok for now. All that is needed is for Rooney to stop being so greedy and look to play the easy pass rather than try and hog the glory and limelight. Team game and all that!

I think you're being far too critical TB. This isn't just 'more like it', we are playing very well. The dominance we've had the first 15 of this half can't be considered normal, we've done very well, Slovenia are no great shakes, but nor are they completely useless. Rooney working well with Gerrard, Lampard has disappeared this half a bit for me, Gerrard lively, Milner too. Good stuff this.
