I was quite surprised on Sunday when I called the TO at 11.45 and got answered immediately. We all tend to assume it is still like the prvious TO manager's time when you were 45 in the queue but the online ticketing is so good now that the phone lines are not as choked.Hoop Blah wrote:I don't need to, I've got a season ticket which I was able to purchase my seat for.
Plenty of people can't just nip down to the stadium (even be able to get on the phone for long enough whilst they're working). The club can't please everyone but they could make a slightly bigger effort to look after their loyal supporters.

I was thinking of the people who can't get there or get on the phone during work hours during the week. Admittedly the latter is probably quite a small number these days, but I know a couple of people that would struggle.westendgirl wrote:I was quite surprised on Sunday when I called the TO at 11.45 and got answered immediately. Are you assuming that loyal supporters have not tried toget what they want or do you know of some that haven't? I heard of someone that went on Sunday for their away ticket and there were 5 windows open and no queue so maybe they have catered well for the demand.

I am hoping they will be some for Wednesday but I doubt it!
I have to wait til Friday so I have virtually no chance, but hey, what will be will be, I'll just watch it on tv and save some money.Sarah Star wrote:Your gain could be my lossloyalroyal4life wrote:Sarah Star wrote:Anyone else hoping there'll still be tickets available on Thursday for the Away match?

particularly as the last train from Cardiff to Reading that night is at 9:25pm and you have to miss the second halfThe Goat was fed wrote:I'll be very surprised if we sell out the away leg before Friday night.
