Dont get me wrong but Kitson started most of the games at the beginning of the season but was always being subbed aroung the 60-65 minute mark. I know he has now picked another knee injury which is ruling him out.

Some Stoke fans most be thinking we signed a £5 million pound striker when is he going to start scoring.

Fair point there, but stoke no wat kitson is capable of as he proved it in our second year in the prem where he had a decent season. there fans must be wondering whats happened to him through the summer

Fair point there, but stoke no wat kitson is capable of as he proved it in our second year in the prem where he had a decent season. there fans must be wondering whats happened to him through the summer

He had a decent season yet he didn't help (along with the other strikers) score aplenty of goals to keep us in the PL.
That should've been a sign to all at Stoke and Pulis that they shouldn't have expected much from him. As everyone else seems to be saying...we got his best years and now he's going to get injured every time he plays.

A chronic lack of judgement on Kitson's part for jumping at the first offer that came along and a chronic lack of judgement by Pulis for spending £5.5m on a player so unsuited to his style of play.

Pulis was actively trying to bring in wingers to the club and therefore change the way they played but the deals never materialised (Pennant and Ledley were two of them). Unfortunately for Stoke Kitson arrived first and without those wingers he was never going to work.

I think shorey and kitson will both be good buys in the end. Shorey will be fine once he settles down as he is class player and kitson was unlucky because he was starting to settle down then got injured. Don't know how keane is number 1, he has been playing well just not finished his chances. Surely gomes has got to be number 1?

Yeah got a good point there if they had better wingers who could put in good balls in the box he would do well for stoke. but doesnt matter anyway we got a decent amount of cash for him so im laughing at seeing him flop lol. :L
