It's time for a bit of football cliche bingo.

If it stays as is then Tuesday 'is a real six pointer'

Perfect result at huddersfield, 0-0 but they ran themselves in to the ground. Will be interesting to see if they have the energy to close down as much on Tuesday. They're a solid team though

Full-times:

Barnsley 0-2 Brighton
Ipswich 1-1 Leeds
Burton 2-1 Norwich
Forest 1-2 Sheff Weds

Fairly decent results, especially the Norwich one.

Not rivals (anymore), but special mention to Birmingham, losing 4-0 at home to QPR

Certainly a solid result for our play-off aspirations, less so for our faint hopes of automatic promotion.

Not really fussed where we finish in the playoff positions, i do think that result has gone a long way to cementing our position

Yep. Auto promotion not really entered my thoughts to be honest, but delighted if we get a play off spot

One of those teams has to put in a consistent winning run to get above us really unless we completely collapse, and none seem to be able to do so.

Huddersfield drop 2 points today as they fail to win. Even without playing we manage to make up ground.

When were Manchester City relegated to the Championship then? Or is it a new rule you get 3points for a win in the FA Cup? Pity we didn't get the points in the past for our cup runs. On second thoughts forget it, because your post must be a wind up.

Actually, I got there in the beginning, but I thought I would give Parky a bit of satisfaction by letting him think he fooled someone.
