I think Nova might have played in the other 11 had he not been injured the last game. If he does well today he might be in contention to start for the friendlies back home.Snowflake Royal wrote:Er...Barney wrote:Line up for Lincoln game, starting at 10am.

Nova?
Disappointed Nova hasn't found his way into at least one first team XI yet. Not a huge amount of mixing between XIs as yet.
It’s a problem as is the lack of outgoings. We still have Popa, Meyler, McNulty,Gunter, McCleary, Baldock, Smith and Southwood to move on too. It just isn’t happening.Snowflake Royal wrote:Pretty sketchy side though.
Baldock doing absolutely nothing to make himself wanted.
Definitely need a fee more goals going in, but then we all knew we're incredibly light up top with only two players capable of properly leading the line and one of them being our first choice RW.
I know not many rate him on here, but surprised no one's come in for Gunter yet. Bags of Championship and international experience, rarely misses a game, and still a good age. Would've thought out of that list he'd be the one we could've shifted fairly easily.Zip wrote:It’s a problem as is the lack of outgoings. And he’s a decent looking lad as well.Zip wrote:Agreed.Pepe the Horseman wrote:I know not many rate him on here, but surprised no one's come in for Gunter yet. Could be his wages that is causing a delay. he is bound to be on a decent salary, so if he is only offered say, 50% of what Reading pay him, is he likely to leave yet? But, I should think he would rather take a pay cut and play most games for a new club, (whilst also thinking about his Wales appearances), maybe he is taking his time considering offers. He may well move when the window shutting is closer, and he knows how much his income will fall.Pepe the Horseman wrote:I know not many rate him on here, but surprised no one's come in for Gunter yet.
