Dear old Boris, a Reading legend, well he was when his wig nearly came off during one game. He's done very well for himself as the record cap winner and now head of the Bulgarian FA. As Reading goalkeeper he was on a par with Simon Sheperd (remember him?). It looks like his son's hair has gone as well but he prefers the slaphead look to his dad's wig.Kitsondinho wrote:Who else saw dear old Boris on TV with his lovely wig on? Maybe we should sign his son!!

03 Sep 2010 23:24I do remember that game - against Southend I think (they were the only games I tended to go to at Elm Park, Southend being my home town) - checked his wig was ok before he held his knee. Boris's wig did look even more obvious today than it did in his Elm Park dayswindjammer wrote:Dear old Boris, a Reading legend, well he was when his wig nearly came off during one game. Glad you spotted that. Yes, but only a fiver,handbags_harris wrote:Have money on it?paultheroyal wrote:4-0 to England.
Tbf, first half solid but unspectacular. Early goal followed up by 45 minutes of domination yet no chances. Second half Bulgaria had to open it up in order to get something from it, something I suspect they knew would play directly into England's hands. 4-0 flattered slightly, and Tredder lost all his bets on 3-0, 3-1, 3-2, and Walcott first scorer

FROFLance 0-1 Belarus.
There were/are some pretty compelling arguments to support Winters view there though, none more so than he largely proved he couldn't do the one thing he was brought in to do, improve our tournament winning prospects.Super_horns wrote:Capello probably a god again in the press then tomorrow...
Heard Henry Winter say last night..
"Liked Capello before the World, but wanted him out afterwards"
Word fickle came to mind!
Anyway good showing tonight...Hart was excellent and Rooney looked like he wanted to be in the game.
