So it took them a day longer than us to sell out (if they manage to move the last 80 today)

I am totally OUTRAGED by this on several counts.Wycombe Royal wrote:They now have more tickets to sell taking their allocation to over 40k........
One Swansea fan is claiming their allocation is now 41,300 but I can find no proof of it being that high.Z175 wrote:I am totally OUTRAGED by this on several counts.Wycombe Royal wrote:They now have more tickets to sell taking their allocation to over 40k........
1. Why are Swansea allowed about 1,000 more tickets than us? 300 more was bad enough but this is a slap in the face - since we joined the football league in 1920 we have been there loyally for all but two years, 89 years in all and this is how we are repaid?
2. Why were this many tickets reserved for corporates/ the football leagues and not sold to fans in the first place?
3. If these tickets were reserved for corporates/ the football leagues but didn't sell is it the case that this is an unattractive final? What an insult.
1. Because not being located in a particularly affluent area, they have sold fewer hospitality packages than Reading have, so more tickets are available for general sale. We have more corporate customers than Swansea so we have fewer unsold to them.Z175 wrote:I am totally OUTRAGED by this on several counts.Wycombe Royal wrote:They now have more tickets to sell taking their allocation to over 40k........

I don't think it is a case of seats being reserved in that way. If I remember correctly there are 17,000 seats "owned" by debenture holders. I assume that the extra tickets come about by some of those indicating they do not want them on Monday and offering them for resaleZ175 wrote:I am totally OUTRAGED by this on several counts.Wycombe Royal wrote:They now have more tickets to sell taking their allocation to over 40k........

You are in the same block as me I think, so just make sure it is my wife's view that you are blocking and not mine.Maguire wrote:They are all obstructed view tickets and situated in the row directly behind me
