I won't be using them, in fact I'll be getting there early and trying to hide as many as I can under my seat.Sarah Star wrote:If you don't like them, don't use them.
If you think that strongly about it and are a member propose a motion at the AGM to say that the only STAR activity should be organising coach travel. If you're not a member join and do it.SLAMMED wrote:I don't suppose there is anything we can do to stop this?
Just seems like a massive waste of time and money. STAR are an embarrassment to the club.
They should stick to organising coaches and nothing else.
Maybe the East stand could participate in a mass protest by throwing them onto the pitch.
Anyone can make a post on the STAR forum page, Sarah. So why don't one of you start a thread telling everyone what you've done lately or whatever, rather than the usual "we had a fans forum but anyone who is not a member is not allowed to know what was said"?Sarah Star wrote:If you don't like them, don't use them.
FL, ask Graham when he's going to approve the user names so it can be updated regularly.
Not if the only activity allowed is organising coach travel.SLAMMED wrote:Don't you have to pay to be a STAR member?

Although I agree with this...this is also where the whole 'gimmick' then falls to pieces as only part of the ground 'happy clapping' will look cringeworthy...Royal Lady wrote:I would have thought that people on here are indicative of the wide variety of fans at our club. A swift poll would have helped gauge the popularity ( or lack of it) of this idea and STAR could have informed the club as such, thereby, possibly negating the ire which some people now appear to feel. Personally, it doesn't bother me, as I doubt I'll be using mine.
One game is bad enough...then to have to sit through it again v Palace would be awful...Royal Lady wrote:I might do a poll for them - they've got time to change their minds!!
