Oh bugger, serves me right for not bothering to read everything when I booked, I thought they were loaded onto your member cards as usual ?!Royal Lady wrote:Just got an email - ST holders to sit in their own seats - ST will work on the turnstiles - everybody else must have a paper ticket and make a £1 donation to Duchess of Kent hospice.

When I booked tickets for me and the boy on Saturday, there weren't many seats left to book, so looks like it isparky wrote:Surely it wont be reserved seating.
It is. STH's are in their usual seats, so everyone else sits in their allocated seat as well. I don't expect 20,000 there though. The club are hopeful of a near full house, but most (I imagine) will line the streets hoping to see the cup and will be disappointed when it's not there. A very disappointing way of doing it IMO. I'm going because I may never get to see the trophy lifted again (you never know), but I would much prefer to be in town as the buses pass by with the players lifting the cup than turning up at the stadium, being made to sit in a seat and wait patiently for the players to arrive and then on demand all cheer as the cup is lifted. It's all very manufactured and too unspontanious for me.parky wrote:Surely it wont be reserved seating.
Can you still drink at your seat if there's a match on?ZacNaloen wrote:I'm going to go and enjoy the under 16s... game, that is going to be taking place before hand...

You'd have to have a good throw all the way from Fulham Broadway, or are you missing your first game of the season? Big local derby as well.No Fixed Abode wrote:What's the best place to egg the bus from?
Do what we did last time. Line the street towards the start, follow the bus for a while, and then leg it to the stadium in time to see the players arrive on the pitch.Friday's Legacy wrote:It is. I still find it very hard to believe the trophy won't be on the bus.LoyalRoyalFan wrote: Thousands of people will be lining the streets of Central Reading wanting to see the trophy. BOO!
