I've been consoling my fact that if it is a Leeds v Villa final, one of them is going to have that horrible crushed feeling that we know so well!tidus_mi2 wrote:Derby are the best bet for a semi-decent team getting promoted and they were dog shit in the first leg, oxf*rd me if we get a Leeds - Villa final.
lol, lesson 101 in penalty shithousery.Silver Fox wrote:Balls, although at least I’ve got another Villa player to hate, that keeper was such a prick!
Well we know Moore should never have gone but that was incredible. Mason Holgate as first taker!URZZZZ wrote:Shan has to walk after that. Just one of the worst bits of managing I’ve ever seen. You don’t play six defenders and two holding midfielders with 10 men and then play for penalties. It’s just beyond naive
Yeah this, and would've rather the baggies than the rest.Hendo wrote:Would rather Villa go up than Leeds. Would rather Derby go up than both.

A silver lining for sure.stealthpapes wrote:on a personal level, wba staying down means

Quite. Commentary mentioned that the likes of absent Gayle, Rodriguez, Hal etc would normally take penalties, but it seemed hugely naive to put a 21 year old loanee first up.John Smith wrote:Well we know Moore should never have gone but that was incredible. That's the one reason why I don't want them going up. All season the media have been going on about how great he's done. He's taken them from 6th place and 75pts last season to the heady heights of, er, 6th place and 74pts.Sanguine wrote:although wouldn't mind Lamps succeeding in his first season

Grealish is probably onto a winner anyway. He'll either get PL footie with Villa or he'll move to Spurs or somewhere in the summer as Villa will have to do something about their position under FFP rules.Sanguine wrote:Quite. As for the final, I'm not too bothered who gets there (although wouldn't mind Lamps succeeding in his first season), I just want want Villa, and Grealish and Terry, to lose at Wembley again.
If you think Jack Grealish is good enough to play for Tottenham Hotspur then you either have your head in the clouds, have been away on holiday for 6 years or are talking about their youth team.Sutekh wrote: Grealish is probably onto a winner anyway. Spurs seem to think so seeing as they reportedly bid £15m for him last summer.John Smith wrote:If you think Jack Grealish is good enough to play for Tottenham Hotspur then you either have your head in the clouds, have been away on holiday for 6 years or are talking about their youth team.Sutekh wrote: Grealish is probably onto a winner anyway.
