Reading Biscuits would probably be the most popular name because of the ties to club history. But there are three other traditional Reading Bs. Forget about beer, because Burton are the Brewers. But both Bulbs and Bricks have metaphorical resonance. Reading Builders strikes me as a progressive name that acknowledges our heritage while also being relevant today in a way that “Biscuits” is not. Redbricks or Seeds could also work.
