Yes, it was just a clue to help people get online and use that service. Although I couldn't use any combination of upper, lower or spaces no spaces with my postcode and had to phone them to change it in the end. Also, a bit crap that they won't let you book away tickets online, or pick your seat for a home game, yet seem desperate to get you to use the online booking. Rubbish Football Club.
I've had that problem three times! Despite what it says, they actually do enter the post codes with spaces. Got my vouchers this morning....the day after Id been to the megastore typically
When I filled my form out in the store the guy said the voucher had to be sent to them when I received it...is that true? Surely they can just check the one for my customer number hasnt been used?
If it is, can I just hand it into the megastore on Saturday?
