loyalty points have been updated, but I still don't trust them. heard nothing else, not a phone call or a letter or a text.

Well my points have been updated and I also got a text a while ago confirming. I am still to receive the vouchers though (even though I've already used it). If you really are that worried you should contact the club. Not worth the agro of waiting till the 19th and finding some chav in your seat. Hope it works out alright.

As already mentioned, you can go in to the megastore, fill out a form (including your customer number) and you shouldn't need to worry about anything else. That's what I did and it was fine.

That's why I'm going for the plaque on the seat - just to further reassure me about the renewal. Still might find 2 plaques on some seats I expect on the 19th!

got our vouchers and plaque order forms today, so I'm guessing we're ok. The people behind us will be disappointed - we're in different seats for the Feyenoord game, they will have a false sense of security, thinking we've moved for good - but come the Boro game, we'll be back!

At last mine arrived today - no voucher for the book though one wonders if the same palava will happen with that.
